Gardant Technologies provides training design, development, deployment and delivery of both classroom and online training. We have partnered with leading technology providers in order to deliver multimedia interactive training courses that enhance an organization's readiness. Some of the Gardant Technologies training initiatives have included: Readiness Training, Interactive Track-Based, Real Life Scenarios and Simulation. Our Training Development Specialists provide assessments and course development considering elements such as: Job Role, Frequency of Task, Inportance of Task/Skill, Learning Objectives. Certification requirements will be defined to ensure a proper program is supporting the needs of the client.
